Blackman Elementary will operate on a modified summer schedule. The 2026 schedule is as follows:
June 1-11 (8:00-11:00AM; Monday-Thursday only)
July 20-30 (8:00-11:00AM; Monday-Thursday only)
Regular office hours resume Monday, August 3.

The 2026 RCS Summer Meal program starts June 2 and any child under 18 can participate. Breakfast and lunch will be available June 2-July 24 with curbside and dine-in options available. For ages 18 and up, breakfast is $2.50 and lunch is $4.25 (exact change only).
With gratitude and admiration, RCS honors our newest retirees. With nearly 730 years of combined service to Rutherford County Schools, they will be missed.
